The process begins with an assessment that the student will fill out and after a conversation with their parent or guardian, we can make recommendations about which program most suits the student and which courses to enroll them in so they can achieve their goals.

Once enrolled, the student will be assigned an instructor who will create a strategic plan for them based on the initial assessment and the student’s goals.

The student’s progress will be evaluated by their instructor and when they are done with their courses, they will be given recommendations for future development and learning.
